24 = the number of points you needed to score this weekend if you wanted to win (unless you are the Texans, where 19 was enough)
SATURDAY'S GAMES...nothing too exciting
Bengals 13 - Texans 19
After starting the season 3-5, the Bengals won seven of its last eight regular season games and were hoping for an upset over the Texans who came into the game having lost three of their last four. This wasn't a pretty game, but the Texans eked out a win despite not being able to finish most of their drives.
Vikings 10 - Packers 24
All I've got to say is that Vikes QB Christian Ponder must have been hurting super-crazy-horribly bad in order for him to not play in this game. Their back-up QB hadn't started one game this season and that definitely showed. The Packers killed the VIkings in this bout, no question, especially since they mostly contained Adrian Peterson, holding him under 100yds (he ran for a total of 409yds in their last two match-ups).

SUNDAY'S GAMES
Colts 9 - Ravens 24
The return of 17-yr league vet Ray Lewis energized the Ravens D which took away opportunities for Colts QB Andrew Luck. While I'm sure Lewis enjoyed getting a W in the last home game of his career, he and the rest of his team need to step it up next week against the Broncos if they want to have any chance at all. More specifically, QB Joe Flacco needs to be on his A++ game...he's one of the streakiest QBs in the league and doesn't have the nickname "Joe Flaccid" for no reason.
Seahawks 24 - Redskins 14
This game seemed so promising with the Redskins scoring TDs on their first two possessions, but that was all they were going to score the entire game, womp. RG3 came out of the game during the 4th, his knee finally giving out after a low snap. Ugh, seeing RG3 injured hurts! I would have liked to see this epic rookie QB vs. rookie QB battle with both parties healthy, not the lackluster shizfest that happened instead.
UP NEXT we've got...
Ravens - Broncos & Packers - Niners on Saturday
Seahawks - Falcons & Texans - Patriots on Sunday
Come back Friday for my preview! :)
